By taking over the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and providing on-site IT support at construction sites, the client saved at least 300 hours of work in the past year.
By optimizing load speed, we achieved a score of 97 in the Google PageSpeed Insights tool. This ensures a top-tier user experience and exceptional website efficiency.
The website loads in less than a second (602 ms), earning an excellent score of 93. This gives visitors an exceptional experience from the first moment, without waiting.
Challenge
Connecting teams, processes, and locations
At the start of the engagement, the main challenge was the dispersion of subcontractors and information, and the need for a modern web presence soon became apparent as well. The existing website did not reflect the new focus on real estate sales and did not support the refreshed visual identity.

Website redesign and digital transformation of operations
We redesigned the corporate website and refreshed the visual identity, as the company shifted from being a contractor for investors to also building for the market.
The transition to the new business model called for an upgrade of internal digital processes. In collaboration with the client, we established a system for tracking potential buyers (leads), which enables better visibility across the sales funnel. The plan also includes implementing modern project websites that will directly support real estate sales and strengthen the company's digital presence.

Right on the homepage of the redesigned website, we established a clear separation of communication, with separate paths for investors and end buyers.
Clear presentation of real estate projects
One of the key functionalities of the new website is communicating the properties that Tosidos is developing for the market. We designed catalog pages that show the development phase of each neighborhood and present information in a user-friendly and transparent way. Users can view details on location, the distance to various infrastructure (such as a shop, public transport stop, or school), details on units, and the apartments available within them. All presented through photos, visualizations, plans, and infographics.
Establishing a reliable IT environment
Based on an analysis, an access inventory, and the existing information systems, we prepared an information asset management strategy that provides the company with a reliable, secure, and connected working environment.
With the introduction of Microsoft 365, we simplified collaboration between teams and enabled efficient sharing and co-editing of documents—anywhere and anytime. A standardized infrastructure, secure connections between locations, and a modern server environment ensure smooth operation.
We integrated all devices into a centralized monitoring system with unified protection and automated updates, which means less time spent on equipment and more focus on projects for employees.
Equipment supply for uninterrupted on-site work
Together with the client, we established an efficient equipment supply system. We provided logistics support and enabled delivery of preconfigured devices to any location or construction site. This significantly shortened the time to set up working environments and increased operational efficiency in the field. The devices were already integrated into the company's information environment upon delivery, properly secured, and ready for immediate use.
This ensured seamless operations even at remote or temporary locations, where stable and secure connectivity is of key importance.

Results
With a comprehensive approach, we enabled the client to have a single reliable partner for the entire IT solution, which significantly simplifies the organization of business processes and the optimization of IT support. Centralized management, automated security systems, and effective field support enable rapid responsiveness and a faster path from idea to execution. The revamped web presence allows the client to present its projects and services clearly and in a targeted way, for both investors and end buyers, further strengthening the market recognition of Tosidos.
