A data-driven selection
Future 100 Slovenia was created within the European Future 500 initiative, which focuses on identifying companies with high potential for growth and international expansion. The selection is based on an analysis of more than 203,000 Slovenian companies. Of these, 603 met the initial high-growth criterion, and the final 100 were chosen based on 19 indicators. Companies did not apply for inclusion, as the selection relied on data from official records.
On the right path, looking ahead
In developing the company, we follow a clear strategic direction. We combine an understanding of business needs with technological expertise and the development of digital solutions. We focus on identifying opportunities where technology can create real value for our clients. That is why we continuously upgrade our knowledge, develop services, and look for new ways to use technology to support their business objectives.
Long-term partnerships are also an important part of our approach. For our clients, we want to be more than just a technology implementation partner. It is important that we have a deep understanding of their business, goals, and the challenges they face. Only then can we advise them appropriately and, together with them, develop solutions that address their immediate needs while supporting their long-term development. We believe this approach is the foundation for successful collaboration and sustainable growth.
Faces of Future 100
Aljaz and I accepted the Future 100 Slovenia 2026 recognition on behalf of the team on 7 October 2026 at the IEDC Business School Bled, where all one hundred companies from the selection gathered for the ceremony. We were in good company on stage: the list also includes some of the companies we work with. For us, this is a welcome validation of the work done so far – and a commitment for the road ahead.
From strategic direction to concrete solutions
Our strategic direction is also reflected in the evolution of our offering. A good example is our expansion into managed IT services (MSP). With these, we have enhanced our infrastructure competencies and provided clients with more comprehensive care for their IT environment. The focus is no longer on setting up and maintaining individual systems but on their proactive management. This contributes to greater security, reliability, and seamless day-to-day operations.
The same approach guides us in developing digital platforms, integrating business systems, and implementing artificial intelligence. We quickly recognized the opportunity to apply new capabilities in our work. On our website, with the help of AI agents, we automated the preparation of multilingual content and its inclusion in the content management system (CMS). In this way, we showed clients with a concrete example how the thoughtful use of AI can streamline processes and significantly reduce the volume of manual work.
In developing solutions, we always start from actual business needs. We do not introduce technology for its own sake, but for the benefits it can bring to clients. Our goal is solutions that effectively address today’s challenges and are at the same time flexible enough to support future growth and development.
Our development is driven by people
Technology is an important part of our work, but I believe that, in the end, it is people who make the difference. Our success is built on the knowledge, commitment, and dedication of the colleagues who co-create our story; that is why we invest in their professional and personal development and ensure good relationships and a supportive work environment. I am convinced this approach is reflected in the quality of our work and in the solutions we create for clients.
We build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and a strong understanding of their needs. When we help them overcome technology challenges and achieve business goals, the true value of our work becomes clear. Their success is the best confirmation that we are on the right track.
Looking ahead
When I look at what we have achieved to date, I am above all proud of our team and the path we have walked together. At the same time, I look forward to the new opportunities opening up for us. We will continue to develop our competencies, broaden our horizons, and seek new avenues for growth. In doing so, we will remain true to our values and to the way we work, which has earned us the trust of our clients.
Being ranked among the Future 100 Slovenia gives us additional momentum for the next steps. I am especially pleased that our collective work is being recognized more broadly as well. This is a fine achievement for the entire team and one more reason to continue our journey with optimism.

Proxmox VE is increasingly used in more demanding production environments, so the question of how to protect such environments effectively is becoming ever more important. Backing up virtual machines is only one element. In practice, reliable replication, fast recovery, the ability to migrate across platforms, and proper access and infrastructure management are equally important.

Before going on vacation, we check whether we have documents, access to the bank account, copies of reservations, and insurance. We less often check whether our company also has a "backup plan" for its digital life. Where is its data stored? Who has access to it? Can we move it elsewhere? And would we be able to operate if a key provider suddenly became unavailable?

Imagine a completely everyday situation. You step into an elevator; in front of you is a panel with the floor numbers. Do you know how to use it? Of course you do. And that is exactly why today I am writing an ode to the elevator—the simplest user interface. The elevator’s user interface, if we can even call those few numbers that, offers the highest possible degree of intuitiveness—a quality for which prior learning is hardly necessary.

A multilingual website sat on our to-do list for a year and a half, but we never found the right time for it. Client projects, infrastructure, development, and other day-to-day obligations always took priority, so the rollout of the English version of the website kept quietly slipping. The issue was not a lack of content or expertise, but a process that required too much time and coordination. We only found a solution once we connected translation with the existing publishing process.

In Part 1, we established that AI is not a shortcut around expertise, but an accelerator for what we bring into the process ourselves. The outcome does not depend only on the prompt, but above all on the context, objectives, brand understanding, and the decisions that steer the AI. Without proper preparation, AI quickly generates content that looks fine at first glance but is too generic in practice and often ineffective. Now let’s look at what that preparation looks like in practice.
